Ideal for the DIY-er/Weekend Warrior! This consultation is to help you prepare your home for the market. I’ll review each room in the house to find your key selling points - the things that make your home shine! (Entryway, Living Areas, Kitchen, Dining, Primary Bedroom/Bathroom, Exterior/Outdoor Spaces) I’ll provide suggestions for furniture placement, cosmetic improvements and simple updates to help you highlight the best features.

After the consultation, I’ll be sending you a custom report with ideas, suggestions, instructions and checklists to help you sell your home for the most money in the shortest time with the least amount of hassle.

Great option for vacant/sparce properties! Help buyers get ideas as to what each space could be. Rooms that are staged feel much bigger than when they are empty, and it helps that potential new home owner envision themselves living there.

Potential Packets

Have a space that’s a little outdated and don’t have the time or desire to do the updates? Let me create a “Potential Packet” for that room!

“Potential Packets” are similar to a mood board showing what the space could become. Packet(s) will include a mock up of the space, product samples for tile, paint, wall paper, etc. along with direct sources for different furniture pieces/accessories that can be displayed in the room for potential buyers to see. These booklets can be passed on to the buyer at/after closing to help them jumpstart any updates/renovations.

Home Refresh

Similar to Home Staging, but meant for properties where seller is actively living in the home with their existing furniture/decor.

After the Design Consultation, I’ll return to help spruce things up around the house and may loan/purchase some new accessories (artwork, decor, bedding, pillows, etc.).
